Join us for a conversation with artists and creatives delving into the connection between their artistic and athletic practice, highlighting the parallels and differences in their approach to these dynamic activities. Panelists include Blackfish artists Dede Lucia, an Olympic weightlifter and Mae Al-Jiboori, former Team USA Rugby player; as well as our guests, who currently work with the Portland Thorns, Tess Peppis, in-house graphic designer, and Julian Alexander, their fan engagement director. Both are avid recreational soccer players. Our panel is rounded out with Michael Al-Jiboori, who played professional rugby for Denver and Australia, and will be moderated by Kendra Roberts, Blackfish’s director of public engagement.​
