Jana Demartini, gaining recognition for the way in which she addresses environmental subject matter in her work, has been invited to participate in the juried exhibition It's Raining, It's Pouring: The Global Water Crisis at the Rogue Community College in Grants Pass, Oregon. The exhibit showcases contemporary art that reflects issues relating to water, and runs from November 2 till December 9, 2011.
A mono-print by Jana was also included in the recent Oregon Health Sciences University (OHSU) publication, Art on the Hill, a representative selection of 120 works from the OHSU art collection.
